Due to rapid expansion in the Netherlands, we are currently recruiting a Customer Success Manager for the Dutch market.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our fast growing team. You will be the trusted onboarding advisor for our customers, understanding their unique business challenges and will manage different customers projects simultaneously. You will keep oversight of the different projects, give engaging customers validation presentations and adjust the customers’ accounts so they get the maximum value. By gaining and leveraging expertise, you will provide tailored solutions, onboarding and insights to help optimize the use of our SaaS platform.
In addition to driving customer satisfaction and retention, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure our customers' needs are met effectively. Your ability to analyse customer data and gather their feedback, will be key in identifying opportunities for improvement and new product innovation.
Key Responsibilities include:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful (non-technical) setup and adjustment where needed;
Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers and partners, understanding their goals and challenges, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
Proactively engage with customers through regular check-ins, product training, and strategic business reviews to foster long-term loyalty and retention;
Monitor and analyse customer data and health scores to identify and address potential issues;
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM;
Act as the voice of the customers, provide the internal teams with customers feedback and insights to drive improvements and enhancements.
Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within the SaaS industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a fluency in Dutch
The ability to build strong relationships with different levels of stakeholders;
Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
Experience within the property, ESG or building industry would be an advantage.
