Due to rapid expansion in the Netherlands, we are currently recruiting an Operations Manager. 

Job Description
As Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and play a crucial role in building and maintaining the operational backbone of our fast-growing company. You ensure that internal processes run smoothly, employees are well-supported, and the organization remains compliant and well-organized. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, structure, and culture across the company.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage core People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, access management, time-off administration, and maintaining internal knowledge bases;

• Support company culture through internal rituals, events, and team engagement initiatives;

• Coordinate company rhythm and reporting, including preparation for all-hands meetings, deliverable overviews, and internal planning documents;

• Research, test, and implement HR automations using tools like Rippling, Recruitee, and Slack to improve internal workflows;

• Oversee legal and compliance operations such as contract management, ISO certification processes, insurance policies, and office-related legal matters;

• Handle general administrative tasks to keep the organization running smoothly;

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level;

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast growing environment

• Structured thinker and worker with an eye for detail;

• Hands-on mindset, autonomous and tech-savvy (good with digital tools like Excel, Zapier etc.)

• Good communicator and a problem solver

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
