You will ensure that we expand our existing client base, realize greater impact, and unlock their full potential. This represents our greatest growth opportunity for the years ahead.
Job Description
As a Strategic Account Manager, you are the driving force behind our commercial growth and client satisfaction. We employ a "Land & Expand" strategy where you play a pivotal role in scaling our relationships. This is a fully commercial Account Management role—an opportunity you don't come across often! You will work closely with Customer Success to develop account plans, accelerate revenue growth, and help clients implement Healthy Workers across their entire real estate portfolio.
You will immerse yourself in our clients' world: understanding their challenges, stakeholders, and business cases. You know exactly how to position our solution at the right moment with the right tone. With your consultative approach, sharp negotiation skills, and focus on long-term relationships, you will build partnerships that consistently deliver value.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing strategic growth strategies for our key accounts;
Creating and executing tailored account plans;
Building relationships at multiple levels within client organizations (from operational to C-level);
Identifying and closing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities;
Drafting proposals, managing legal alignment, and ensuring accurate CRM updates;
Collaborating with Customer Success to translate client needs into concrete actions;
Managing escalations and monitoring client satisfaction;
Forecasting revenue growth and client development;
Optional: Supporting the Head of Sales in improving processes and workflows related to account management.
Profile
You are an active listener who quickly understands a client's true needs;
You have mastered the art of consultative selling and are a persuasive negotiator;
You build relationships with ease, from operational staff to C-level executives;
You work in a structured and methodical manner, with a keen eye for detail and quality;
You have an affinity for technology and can translate the value of our solution to the client;
Bonus: Experience in real estate, sustainability, ESG, or (Enterprise) SaaS sales is a strong plus.
