To make our clients even more successful and increase our impact, we are looking for a driven Account Manager. You will be the point of contact for our clients and ensure they get the most out of our partnership.
Job description
As an Account Manager at Healthy Workers, you'll be the driving force behind growth within existing client relationships. We employ a Land & Expand strategy, and you'll play a key role in realizing each client's full potential. You'll strategically manage accounts, develop targeted account plans together with Customer Success , and accelerate revenue growth through rapid upsells across the client's entire real estate portfolio.
You'll understand our clients' challenges and know how to effectively position our solutions. Thanks to your thorough preparation, consultative approach, and sharp negotiation skills, you'll transform client relationships into lasting partnerships.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a customized account plan for each client;
Identifying cross- and upsell opportunities within your portfolio and converting these into concrete deals;
Regularly meeting with clients – both digitally and in person – to discuss progress and strengthen relationships;
Managing all sales administration: creating proposals, legal checks, CRM updates, etc.;
Collaborating with Customer Success to clearly understand customer needs and translate them into actions;
Handling escalations, identifying risks, and monitoring customer satisfaction;
Anticipating and forecasting revenue growth and customer developments.
Profile
You are commercially driven and know how to build and manage a pipeline;
You are a strong listener, ask the right questions, and quickly understand what a client truly needs;
You master the art of consultative selling and are a persuasive negotiator;
You easily build long-term relationships with clients, from operational to C-level;
You work in a structured manner and have an eye for planning, deadlines, and detail;
You have demonstrable knowledge of (or are a fast learner of) our technology and products, allowing you to think along with clients at a high level.
A plus: experience with real estate, sustainability, ESG, or (Enterprise) SaaS sales is a strong plus.
