Due to rapid expansion in the Netherlands, we are currently recruiting a Senior New Business Development Manager for the Dutch market. 

Job Description
As Senior New Business Development Manager you will report directly to the Head of Sales and you will be mainly responsible for expanding the market share of our leading platform in the Netherlands. You will be the strategic sparring partner for large investment, asset management and property companies and internally you work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Business Development.  

In this challenging role you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing the deals. You will use your expertise and experience to discover and develop new business opportunities, test new workflows and focus on team effort, quality and delivering results. 


Your responsibilities include:

  • Drive new sales and marketing initiatives while identifying upsell opportunities to expand business growth;

  • Strategic sparring partner for clients and anticipate changes in opportunities and customer needs;

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle including market research, lead generation, outreaches and closing the deals; 

  • Optimize sales processes, procedures and sales force effectiveness with the Head of Sales;

  • Leverage data to create sales strategies based on customer insights to maximize growth;

  • Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Define and plan commercial actions and timely follow-up;

  • Organize internal and external meetings, demo’s, workshops and attend industry events.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree level;

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years successful sales experience (preferably in  B2B Sales, SaaS and/or real estate / property investment);

  • Energetic, passionate and result-oriented with a hands-on sales mindset;

  • Strategic thinker, structured, problem solver and solutions-oriented person;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
