To make our clients even more successful and increase our impact, we are looking for a charismatic Strategic Account Manager. You will use strategic cross and upsell techniques to serve our clients even better, ensuring maximum value is derived from the partnership.
Job Description
As a Strategic Account Manager at Healthy Workers, you are the driving force behind growth within existing client relationships. We use a Land & Expand strategy, and you play a key role in realizing the full potential of each client. You strategically manage accounts, develop targeted account plans together with Customer Success, and accelerate revenue growth through fast upsells to the client's full real estate portfolio and our full-service model.
You understand our clients' challenges and know how to position our solutions correctly. Thanks to your thorough preparation, consultative approach, and sharp negotiation skills, you transform client relationships into sustainable partnerships. Your responsibilities include:
Developing the right strategy per account to further expand our client portfolio;
Drawing up and executing a customized account plan per client;
Strategically building (new) relationships with various stakeholders within the accounts;
Identifying cross- and upsell opportunities within your portfolio and converting them into concrete deals;
Managing the complete sales administration: creating proposals, legal checks, CRM updates, etc.;
Collaborating with Customer Success to clearly define client needs and translate them into actions;
Handling escalations, signaling risks, and monitoring client satisfaction;
Forecasting revenue growth and client developments.
Profile
You have a background as an Account Manager or Account Executive and are extremely skilled at building (new) relationships.
You are a strong listener, ask the right questions, and quickly grasp what a client truly needs;
You master the art of consultative selling and are a convincing negotiator;
You easily build long-term relationships with clients, from operational to C-level;
You work in a structured manner and have an eye for planning, deadlines, and details;
You have demonstrable experience within the SaaS or IT service sector and are accustomed to managing a broad portfolio of clients.
A plus: experience within real estate, sustainability, or ESG.
